Qiku is still operating as normal during the coronavirus outbreak. We are still offering customers in Germany, Italy and across Asia, exciting corporate gifts and promotional merchandise.

Please note the following considerations when placing an order with us:

Remote Working and Samples

Qiku can respond to your enquiries in whatever way is necessary for you to conform to local Government or corporate restrictions. If you are working from home or wish to limit contact with others we can offer the following as standard:

  • Virtual meetings by skype, phone, and communications via any channel
  • Digital samples: if you want to see what a product will look like when personalised, we can do this for you
  • Physical samples: We can deliver any physical samples to your workplace or home without the need for contact. Samples will be delivered in clean packaging.

Product Availability

A small proportion of Qiku gifts were affected by border restrictions and temporary factory closures in mainland China. Most factories are returning to work and border restrictions are being lifted.

Our staff are in regular contact with all of our suppliers and know which products are free of any delays or restrictions. We strongly recommend talking to Sales Executive about your campaign or event so that we can help you get the perfect product on time! Where the availability of a product changes, we will always contact you as soon as we know with alternatives for you.

Please try to allow as much time as possible for your order so that you have the widest range of products to choose from.

If you are uncertain about whether your order will go ahead

We understand that times are uncertain and that your campaign or event may get cancelled. We will still be delighted to help you put together the perfect package of products even if you think there is a chance it will be cancelled. So when you are confident about placing the order, we will already have agreed all the details for your perfect event or campaign!

Monitoring Health & Safety

Our first duty is to the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff, and the recipients of corporate gifts. We monitor the health of staff daily and insist that they self-isolate if they or members of their household have any symptoms, and we ensure that our workplace is hygienic and safe. We will abide by any measures required by clients over and above these standards.
